Great dish, I used red pepper 2 oz., 1 stalk celery, I can't eat broccoli. A little more sodium, less potassium, less phosphorus. I am pre- dialysis, yummy!
This is a great recipe. It was easy to make. I did add a little garlic and some black pepper.
I'm eating this right now. It is so good. I used almond milk instead of rice dream. It is wonderful.
I personally thought the Rice Dream Original made this taste sour. I thought it would taste way better using skim milk 3/4 cup. Make sure to ask if that's okay for you to do. Whatever you do don't use the Rice Dream :/
Very good recipe - lots of flavor and easy to make. We used frozen mixed vegetables instead of broccoli and carrots, and it was very tasty.
We had this for supper tonight and it was great! It is very easy to make, and tastes even better. This a keeper.
