We have made landing many many times. We have found out that if you use pork you should really shred it. Pork in cube form tends to get tough. We also shred our chicken. We add French green beans ( frozen-then thawed), regular green beans, and the pea pods.thix dish makes quite a lot but is excellent reheated, and makes a good lunch for work. You will love it!!!!
Used half no salt fish stock, half chicken broth. Some chicken and some shrimp. Mom loved it! This was her favorite dish of all since I've been making kidney friendly meals. Also suggested by my Filipino friend to boil or puree shrimp heads/shells, drain, and use that as a stock.
