This sounds good, but I'm wondering what the nutrients are (particularly protein) with the two cups of chicken added. Moderator response: If you add 2 cups of cooked chicken the protein increases to 31 grams a serving, potassium 555 mg, phosphorus 358 mg and calories 485.
